Target Population Baseline Data SMART Goal
All Students 41% By June 2026, the percent of all students scoring proficient (mid or above grade level and/or early on grade level) will increase by 10%, from 41% to 51%, as measured by i-Ready Reading Diagnostic Assessment.
Students with Disabilities (SWD) 58 By June 2026, the percent of SWD students who score 3 or more years below grade level will decrease by 10%, from 58% to 48%, as measured by i-Ready Reading Diagnostic Assessment.
English Language Learners (ELL) 74 By June 2026, the percent of ML students scoring 3 or more years below grade level will decrease by 10%, from 74% to 64%, as measured by i-Ready Reading Diagnostic Assessment.

All Students 80 By June 2026, physical and mental wellness for All Students will improve, as measured by the percent of students in grades 6-8 who respond favorably to the survey question/prompt #1, related to social emotional, “I know where to go at my school if I need additional support with my mental health” will increase by 10% from 80% to 90%, as measured by New York City School Quality Student Panorama Survey.
Students with Disabilities (SWD) 11.3% By June 2026, the percent of suspension rate for SWIEP students will decrease by 5%, from 5.2% to .2%, as measured by Shared Path Dashboard.
