I.S. 10 LibraryLibrary Mission
The I.S. 10 Horace Greeley Library’s mission statement is to provide library access to all students and engage them on a path towards college and career readiness. The library will collaborate with teachers in every department in order to build students’ and teachers’ computer literacy and critical thinking skills. Finally, the library seeks to bring students from all cultures together to find a safe space where everyone feels represented.
About the Librarian!
Hi everyone! My name is Ms. Cohen and I'm so excited to be the new librarian at I.S. 10 Horace Greeley! I have been working as a teacher at Newtown High School since 2012 as an ENL and ELA teacher and now I'm in the library! You can always find me with my partner in crime, Rosie. Rosie is a great book reviewer!
